Africa

Today is the Uteuzi Jimbo from Nyeri, Kenya from about 1750MASL. It's got some Sl 28 and 34, Batian, Ruiru 11, and K7. Washed, it's got a lovely crisp finish to it. When it's hot you primarily get some baker's chocolate, but as it cools you start to get some dried apricot and a silky mouthfeel. Yay Kenya!
