This Honey Processed Pink Bourbon is awesome! At 1620MASL in Huila, John Fredy Chaguala has done an immensely great job processing this. When this coffee is hot we get some milk chocolate covered raisins, and as it cools there's a brighter bit of brown sugar and grapefruit that pops out and goes YAH!
